News Flash: Jazz is not confined to large cities and nighttime hours. Example: Jazz happened at Cottage Grove in the afternoon July 22nd. A very nice audience listened to the swinging rhythms, the smooth vocals, and the groovy solos of The Eddie Piccard Quartet.
